Joe Biden would be a grabby sea lion...
They don't call him Grabby Biden for nothing. These sea mammals are called sea lions for a reason. To be fair, this sea lion really didn't take a bite out of this girl. It could have been far worse: the '[Sea] Lion of the Senate' Ted Kennedy actually killed a girl.
Sea lions weigh hundreds of pounds, have a jaws and teeth that are comparable to a lion's, and have become very acclimatized to being around people. People don't appreciate how wild these animals are. Which reminds me of one of my favorite books: Death In Yellowstone (Bisons are #1 killers of stupid tourists).
